Seller Terms Agreement
These Terms & Conditions are a part of General Terms of Service and by applying to sell your content on CreatoMarket you agree with all the terms mentioned on this page and on General Terms of Service page.
Products Warranties
As seller you warrant to us and each buyer of your items that the item is of acceptable quality and you have rights necessary to license that item on the terms of the applicable license.
Items Copyrights
As seller you understand not to infringe the intellectual property rights of someone else and you agree that you are fully responsable for the content you sell and for any copyrights violations your content may cause to any third-parties.
Personal Information
For transactions related documents, we may provide you with relevant buyer information and also may provide buyers with your relevant information (for example for invoicing purposes or item support services).
All other personal information is regulated and mentioned on the Privacy Policy page.
Earnings & Payouts
As Seller you receive 70% of earnings from the net item price. The payouts and withdrawals are processed monthly (on the first 7 (seven) days of the month) if the seller account revenue balance reaches the minimum treshold of €100 or quarterly (starting on each season e.g. spring, summer etc.) if seller revenue is less than €100. In both cases a valid payment account information must be provided such as PayPal email account or Bitcoin address.
You are responsible and must provide us with the correct payment details when you edit your payment methods or make a payout request.
We will continue to hold your earnings if we’re not able to pay your earnings to you for whatever reason such as incorrect payment details or you are asking for payment to be made to a person, an institution or a country that we’re legally prohibited from making payments to, or where there are limitations in the banking systems.
Unsolicited and unused earnings and payouts will expire after three years if the seller has abandoned his account or didn’t provided a valid payment account to receive revenues.
Customer Refunds
If for any reason a customer has initiated a refund request and the payment (financial) institution decided in customer’s favour then the sale and related revenues will be canceled.
If a customer refund will be granted and your revenues has been already sent to you then you must reverse the related revenue to CreatoMarket payment account within 7 (seven) days.
Seller Account Termination
The Seller Account can be terminated at any time with or without prior notification if the Seller has violated these terms or General Terms of Service or any copyrights or the Seller has been involved on selling third-parties copyrighted content.
Changes to Seller Terms
CreatoMarket reserves the rights to change this terms at any time with or without prior notification.
